<p>Only 34 and already on his third successful business venture, one is forced to wonder what is it that makes men like <a title="Shamit Khemka" href="http://shamitkhemka.blogspot.com/">Shamit Khemka</a> want to go that extra mile even after reaching the heights of success at such an early age. “For me, it’s the will to succeed, combined with my drive and lust for learning, as well as my passion to scale newer heights every time,” beams Khemka matter-of-factly.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Synapse Communications Pvt. Ltd. has extended the work commencement date of its new branch at NSEZ, Noida. The decision of delaying in the new branch is taken by CEO of the company, Mr. <strong><a href="http://www.aboutus.org/User:Shamit_Khemka" title="Shamit Khemka">Shamit Khemka</a></strong> and the board of directors on purview of the ongoing global economic meltdown. </p>
<p>In October, the company has announced the opening of its new branch located in NSEZ, Noida. According to company sources, the new setup is spread across a single floor with capacity to accommodate about 150 people. In addition to its state-of-the-art infrastructure, the other highlight of this office is its location that comes under much-talked NSEZ area. </p>
<p>What makes Noida SEZ so special?</p>
<p>Established in the year 1984, Noida EPZ was given the SEZ recognition in the year 2000 on the basis on its excellent performance in terms of exports, potential growth in information technology and gems and jewelry sectors. The facility spreads in the area of 310 acres wherein 151 units are currently operating at full-scale. Noida SEZ has contributed about 30% of total exports from SEZ in 2004. </p>
<p>Noida SEZ is among one of the most profitable SEZs in India. There are mainly two factors that make the location a truly happening place in terms of business development and revenue generation. NSEZ’s nearness to Delhi gives it a leading edge over other SEZs. The location is well-connected with Delhi and hence, the flow of skilled manpower, infrastructure and administration is much better as compared to other such facilities across the country.</p>
<p>In addition, The Uttar Pradesh government has given additional benefits to attract business owners to set up their establishments in NSEZ. Businesses having set up in NSEZ can avail many tax benefits including entry tax, trade tax and stamp.</p>
<p>Synapse plans to widen its reach and effectiveness via delivering quality and affordable IT offshore solution from this additional setup.</p>
