I am also a part of Synapse since 3 years and have seen a tremendous growth every year and its all because of his strong management/leadership skills. HE never takes time to take even strong decisions if it can improve the processes anyhow. We were already adopting all processes before CMMI Level 3 appraisal but the reality was we did not have all things documented. We documented everything and now achieved CMMI Level 3.
Its 100% true that Synapse’s goal is to achieve Level 5 by 2010 and i am sure we will achieve it. I have the reasons for everything which supports my believe in synapse.
